PTFE rod is an unfilled PTFE resin suitable for processing a variety of gaskets, seals and lubricants that work in corrosive media, and electrical insulation parts used at various frequencies. Rods molded by molding, paste extrusion or plunger extrusion processes.
The temperature range is very wide (from -200 degrees Celsius to +260 degrees Celsius).
Basically resistant to all chemicals except some fluorides and alkaline liquids.
Excellent mechanical properties include aging resistance, especially for bending and oscillating applications.

Application
PTFE filled modified products: In order to improve the creep properties and wear resistance of PTFE, the PTFE is filled and modified. The main materials are graphite, carbon black, molybdenum disulfide, glass fiber, carbon fiber, polyphenylene sulfide etc.
