The PTFE film is molded, sintered, cooled into a blank by a suspension PTFE resin, and then subjected to turning and calendering. The turned film is a non-oriented film, and the non-oriented film is calendered to form an oriented film. The non-oriented film is rolled into a semi-oriented film after 1.1-1.8 times of rolling. PTFE film is used in capacitor dielectrics for wire insulation, electrical instrument insulation, and gaskets. The PTFE film is divided into a PTFE color film, a PTFE activated film, and a F46 (FEP) film. PTFE film is an ideal application material for electronic fields such as microwave circuit boards because of its excellent purity and uniform thickness. Its dielectric constant is different from other solid materials in the case of large changes in temperature and frequency. It is also small; its excellent arc resistance is the best choice for many electrical fields such as wire and cable insulation.
