The piston KDAS seal is a special seal for the two-way piston. It is composed of an NBR elastomer seal ring, two open-cut polyurethane elastomer retaining rings and two open-cut POM guide rings. The sealing ring has excellent sealing effect both statically and dynamically, and the retaining ring prevents the NBR sealing ring from being squeezed into the sealing gap. The guiding ring guides the piston when it is running in the cylinder barrel and can absorb the radial force. This design provides a compact combination of seals, retaining rings and guides for open and closed grooves. The KDAS type combination seal is installed in the following order: "NBR seal ring - retaining ring - guide ring".
