Product Description

Turning PTFE Board is commonly known as plastic King, F4, or Teflon. The suspension PTFE resin can be made into sheet metal, turning film and tube by molding. Can be pressed to push the molding. can be mixed with graphite, such as plate, rod, packing, rope, raw materials belt.

PTFE skived Sheet is manufactured by technique of compacting, sintering, rotary cutting with PTFE granular resin. It has good dielectric performance and non-aging, best anti chemistry corrosion ability and wide applying intension range.

PTFE molded sheet is manufactured by molding process with PTFE regular resin and sintering. It is very suitable for seals, lining, diaphragm, spacer guide and bearing pad for bridge.

APPLICATION:

Seals/washers, ring materials, wear-resistant plate/seat power, insulating parts, anti-corrosion industry, mechanical parts, lining, oil and natural gas, petrochemical industry, Chemical industry, instrument and equipment manufacturers.

Main features of PTFE sheet :

1. Temperature resistance ---It is able to work stably between -180°C to +260°C.

2. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance ---Applicable medium includes oil, acid solution and almost all chemical materials.

3. Excellent non-sticky property - --With low friction coefficient it easier to remove those resin, dopes, oil and other sticky things.

4. Anti-aging, weathering resistance.

5. Excellent insulation property.

6. Filled material: Filled PTFE products has more outstanding performance by adding filler such as carbon, graphite, bronze, glass fiber, carbon fiber, MOS2, PEEK, PI, POB BaSO4, SiO2,  glass bead, polyamide.
