1. Fabric

    Suitable for fabrics and linings of laminated composite fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, nonwoven fabrics or flakes may be used depending on the application. The material used may be cotton, wool or natural fibers, or may be a pure or blended fabric of chemical fibers such as polyester or nylon. As the outer layer fabric, a woven fabric is preferably used. Fabric fabrics should be water repellent. Both the fabric and the lining should have a certain density to prevent the adhesive from colliding. In order to control the total weight of the laminated fabric, fabrics and linings should be as fine as possible or fine polyester or nylon. Knitted fabrics are preferably warp knitted fabrics. The lining is made of functional fabrics such as camouflage, flame retardant, antistatic, oil and water repellent, easy to decontaminate, acid and alkali resistant according to the requirements of use.

2. Film

    The PTFE film formed by different processing techniques can have different micropores. According to the different products, the PTFE film is divided into three types: high waterproof and low moisture permeability type, medium waterproof and moisture permeable type and low waterproof and high moisture permeability type to balance the contradiction between waterproof and moisture permeability in different use cases.

    The structure design of the PTFE film laminated fabric is weakened by using the PTFE structure of the micropores, and it can be used in the fabric reaction coating or sandwiching the PTFE film like a sandwich between the two layers of textile materials to ensure that the PTFE film is worn. Not damaged by friction. The two-layer composite can be compounded with lining and PTFE film or fabric combined with PTFE film. It can be washed or used in civilian sportswear and winter clothes. It is suitable for civil sportswear and winter clothes. The film is compounded with the lining, although the hand feel is slightly hard, but the wear resistance is improved, and it is suitable for military combat uniforms and labor protective clothing. Four or more layers can increase the functionality of the laminate fabric, such as gas resistance or anti-virus materials for the liquid-gas resistance layer, flakes, far-infrared cotton insulation materials, and the like.
