PTFE film is made from polytetrafluoroethylene resin by molding, sintering and cooling into blanks, and then rolled by calendering. The films formed by turning are non oriented films, and the unoriented films become oriented films after pressure reduction. The unoriented film is 1.1 to 1.8 times the calendering half oriented film. Polytetrafluoroethylene color film is made of polytetrafluoroethylene with the special resin and the required color, and then moulded, sintered and cooled into blank, then turned and rolled. There are two kinds of films that are semi directional and non directional.

The polytetrafluoroethylene film directional film is used to make capacitors; semi directional films are used for wire insulation; non directional films are used for electrical and instrument radio insulation; as padding materials, it can also be used as debonding and demoulding materials.
